As others have stated I think it’s capped at 25mbs. It seems to get closer to 25 when remote playing. Cloud streaming usually hovers around 21-22 in my limited testing (Spider-man: Miles Morales & Ghost of Tsushima)

I’ve been doing the same thing! I don’t own a ps5 but the psportal has been awesome, I’m nearly finished with 100% of ghost of Tsushima

I can't speak for playing over internet (like OP is) but when I play on LAN it feels exactly like hdmi. Ive been playing doom, monster hunter, and now ghost of tsushima. I swap between the TV and portal plenty, and I find no discernible difference between them for those games
